Terms and Conditions 

Professional Standards

I am a member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) and follow their ethical framework, including regular supervision and ongoing CPD.
I hold an Enhanced DBS check and full professional insurance.

Confidentiality

Everything you share with me is confidential.
Confidentiality may only be broken if:

• There is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else
• I am legally required to share information (e.g., safeguarding, court order)

I may discuss aspects of our work with my supervisor to ensure best practice, but you are never identifiable.

Record Keeping

I keep brief, anonymised notes to support continuity of care.
All records are stored securely and handled in line with UK GDPR and AfSFH requirements.
You may request access to your records at any time.

Sessions

• Standard sessions last 50–60 minutes
• If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time
• I cannot work with clients under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs; the full fee will still apply

There is no obligation to continue therapy if it does not feel right for you.

Fees

Initial Consultation

Free of charge.

Pay‑As‑You‑Go

• £75 per session (50–60 minutes)

Block Bookings

• 4 sessions: £280 (save £20)
• 6 sessions: £420 (save £30)
• 8 sessions: £525 (save £75)

Block bookings are non‑refundable, but sessions can be rescheduled within the cancellation policy.

Smoking/Vaping Cessation

• £175 (one extended session, 90–120 minutes)

Payment

All sessions must be paid in advance to secure your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

• More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge
• 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% fee
• Less than 24 hours or non‑attendance: Full fee

Smoking/Vaping Cessation:

• Less than 48 hours: 50% fee
• Less than 24 hours: Full fee

This reflects the preparation and time reserved for your session.

Updates

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in legislation or professional standards.
