What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy?

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a modern, evidence‑based approach that combines talking therapy with hypnosis (trance). It draws on well‑established psychological models to create a practical, forward‑looking way of working with thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.

Understanding Trance

  • Simple Phobias: 3 sessions
  • Anxiety, Depression, Stress: 8–12 sessions
  • Weight Management / Emotional Eating: varies by individual
