Your first session is an opportunity for us to talk about what you’re experiencing, what you’d like to achieve, and how hypnotherapy can support you.
There is no obligation to continue if you feel it isn’t the right approach for your needs.

This reflects the time, preparation, and personalised therapeutic work involved in each session.

Block Bookings
Block bookings offer a small saving and help you stay committed to your goals.
- 4‑Session Block: £280 (saving £20)
- 6‑Session Block: £420 (saving £30)
- 8‑Session Block: £525 (saving £75)
Block bookings are non‑refundable, but sessions can be rescheduled within the cancellation policy.

This remains a standalone session due to the length and preparation involved.
One extended session lasting 90–120 minutes.

With an ex forces background, I offer additional discounted rates to Veterans.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
To protect the time set aside for your session and ensure the smooth running of the practice, all sessions must be paid for in advance.
Life happens, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule:
- More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge
- 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee
- Less than 24 hours’ notice or non‑attendance: Full session fee
For smoking/vaping cessation sessions:
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% fee
- Less than 24 hours: Full fee
