In this first session we discuss the issues you are facing and what you would like to achieve from therapy, including your goals and aspirations for the future.
The initial consultation usually last around 60 minutes and is entirely free with no obligation to commence therapy if you feel it is not the right approach for your needs.

There are two payment options for consecutive sessions:
- Pay as you go - £65 for a 60 minutes session
or
- Discounted block bookings - buy 8 sessions and get one free for £455

This is carried out in 1 session lasting 90-120 minutes.
